Though Dean of Students office is no longer assisting in or coordinating Hardship, Transfer Student, or Disability Parking, we are happy to offer general information regarding this matter, which can also be found at UNC Transportation and Parking. Traffic and Parking Ordinance prohibits undergraduate first year students from parking on campus. These students may apply for an exemption from this restriction through the Hardship Parking Application.
