Student Loan Repayment 101: What Soon-To-Be Grads Need to Know

Graduating soon? This session will help you navigate the transition from student to borrower. Learn when repayment starts, how to pick the right repayment plan, and what options exist for deferment, forbearance, or loan forgiveness. We’ll also cover how interest accrues, how to avoid default, and how making early payments (even small ones) can save you money. Whether you have federal, private, or a mix of loans, this workshop gives you the tools to enter repayment with confidence. This event is open to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students; CLE credit is available for undergraduate students.
